Overview
Ola La 'Ilima is located in the Kaka'ako neighborhood of Honolulu, a transitional neighborhood between the downtown business district and Waikiki Beach. The mixed-use development boasts 84 units of affordable live/work space for creatives and their families, commercial space, and space for community events and gatherings. The project continues to leverage artistic energy to advance affordable workforce housing, economic development, transit-oriented development, community education, cultural preservation, and tourism.
