The Artspace Everett Lofts is Artspace's third project in the Seattle area. This project provides 40 units of affordable live/work studios for individuals and families, as well as a new home for the Schack Art Center.
Units include one and two-bedroom live/work spaces from 800 - 1,300 square feet. All units feature open floor plans, high ceilings and durable surfaces. The development includes an outdoor deck for residents and underground parking.
Artspace Everett Lofts is conveniently located in downtown Everett on Hoyt Avenue near the city library, a co-op grocery store and above the Schack Art Center's new offices.
This is Artspace and Everett's first LEED Silver project, and the development is proud to to be a smoke-free community.
