Artspace - Building Better Communities Through The Arts 

Artspace Hamilton Lofts, an adaptive reuse of the former Strauss Department Store, will offer thirty-six affordable live/work apartments, gallery and community space, and 3,000+ square feet of commercial space. The $10.2 million development will contribute to the revitalization efforts of Hamilton, OH, bringing residents downtown and creating space for the rising arts scene.

While Artspace Hamilton Lofts is in the early stage of development, strategic partnerships with the City of Hamilton, the Hamilton Community Foundation, the Vision Commission, and the Fitton Center for Creative Arts, as well as local community support, continue to advance the project.
