Artspace - Building Better Communities Through The Arts 

Artspace’s project in the Village of Patchogue, a Long Island community about 50 miles east of New York City, is a new five-story building with 45 affordable live/work spaces on the upper floors and two retail spaces at street level. Located in downtown Patchogue, the $18 million project represents both economic revitalization and the opportunity to strengthen a growing arts community; many Main Street storefronts are now occupied by artists and creative businesses.

We broke ground in January 2010 and completed the project in early 2011. We are now in the process of leasing the live/work units.
