Artspace - Building Better Communities Through The Arts 

Working with Scranton Tomorrow, Artspace is planning a 35-unit affordable live/work project as part of a larger development that will transform the Scranton Laceworks, an historic 563,000-square-foot lace factory, into a thriving center of residential, commercial, and arts activities. The ambitious project, which has been on hold while the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers completes a nearby levee, will also include about 9,500 square feet of arts-compatible commercial space. Construction to begin in late 2009 as permited by river levy progress.
