Paonia has been selected, through a competitive process, as the location for the third creative facility to be developed under the Space to Create program, the first state-driven initiative in the U.S. for affordable space for creatives. If you are a practicing member of the creative sector, we want to know about your creative working and living space needs and preferences. Survey data will help us refine the plan for housing, private and shared studios and creative work spaces, including number, type and size of spaces, design features, amenities and affordable rent structures.
Even if you are not a creative, we want to know more about how you might use a new arts facility. Survey data will help inform business plans of those who may want to operate arts-friendly businesses or offer classes at the proposed facility.
