• Artists and Collectives - $15/hr

• Non-Profit Organizations - $20/hr

• Businesses - $35/hr

Our affordable dance studios are specifically designed for your rehearsals, classes, workshops, auditions, or readings. After filling out the one-time new renter's form, you will be invited to set up an account with Skedda, our booking calendar platform. Once you receive a booking invitation, you’ll be able to manage all reservations, cancellations, and payments on your own.

Studio Policies

Hennepin Center for the Arts asks renters to be courteous to other patrons and activities happening in the building. To contain noise spillover, please keep the doors to the studios closed at all times. HCA reserves the right to limit noise levels. When you enter a studio at HCA, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. All materials captured are subject to use by HCA and Artspace Projects for any purpose without compensation. By entering the studio you agree to these terms.
