Jean Kramer-Johnson first joined the Artspace family remotely while managing a travel agency in Whitefish, Montana, as lead travel coordinator for Artspace staff. In 2002, when Jean moved back to her hometown of Minneapolis, she was offered the position of Executive Assistant to the President. Three years later, Jean joined the Asset Management team and now manages seven Artspace properties including the Northern Warehouse Artists' Cooperative in Saint Paul; the Traffic Zone Center for Visual Arts and Grain Belt Studios in Minneapolis; the Kaddatz Artist Lofts in Fergus Falls, Minnesota; the Riverside Artist Lofts in Reno, Nevada; Minot Artspace Lofts in North Dakota; and the Artspace Loveland Lofts in Loveland, Colorado. In addition to overseeing her projects, Jean partners with both the Senior Vice President and Vice President of Asset Management in the establishment of department-wide initiatives, activities, meetings, and agendas; and takes the lead in commercial leasing enterprises. Jean also continues to serve as travel consultant to Artspace staff.
When not working, Jean loves to camp, ski, and go on long walks with any dog that is willing.
