Stacy Malbon joined the finance team at Artspace in January 2015. Born and raised in the Twin Cities, she graduated from the University of Minnesota, stubbornly insists that all of the good beer is found in Northeast Minneapolis, and prides herself on knowing the Minneapolis Skyway System like the back of her hand. On the rare occasion that you can convince her to leave the northern half of the city, you can usually find her in the northern part of the state, relaxing in a tent or wandering down a trail on the Northern Shore of Lake Superior.
As a financial assistant at Artspace, Stacy primarily handles the accounts payable duties and helps her team whenever she can with other accounting odds and ends. When she’s not busy sending out expense emails with bad jokes about the weather, eating all the cookies in the break room, or using her stealth tracking skills to hunt down payment approvals from her fellow employees, Stacy enjoys trying out the newest eateries in her neighborhood, hitting every outdoor event during the too-short summer in her amazing city, and spending as much time as possible with her family and friends. She also has a love of photography thanks to her many years working for National Camera Exchange in her youth, resulting in hundreds of emailed pictures of her baby daughter and incredibly patient husband.
